What the Midway Chamber has to Offer

Creating Jobs and Opportunities in the Midway
The Chamber is actively involved in recruiting businesses to the Midway and in helping existing businesses thrive.

A primary focus for the Chamber is attracting and retaining jobs and tax base for the Midway area by bringing in new business and development.

Revitalizing the University Avenue Corridor
The Chamber is working closely with other economic development organizations, resident organizations, private developers and the public sector to spur public and private investment in the University Avenue corridor. Of special focus for the Chamber is our effort to relocate the public transit bus garage and redevelop the site.

The Chamber is a strong partner with the St. Paul Police Department in improving crime prevention in the Midway business community.

Improving Communication Between Business, Residents and Government
The Chamber is helping build bridges between all the stakeholders in the Midway, including residents, businesses, and government agencies and officials, in the recognition that we can create an even brighter future for our community if we all work together.

Strengthening the Midway Business Community by Helping Individual
Businesses be Successful

The Chamber is a resource for businesses who need information on licensing, financing, relocation, redevelopment, marketing, etc. We also provide many tools and opportunities for businesses that want to promote their goods and services to other businesses and Midway consumers.
