Accomplishments/Company Background Information:

I have been admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Colorado since I graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1978. I am a past chair of the Antitrust section and Bar Media Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Most of the legal work I provide is drafting, analyzing and reviewing contracts. These include both employment contracts and wills. I also publish a quarterly newsletter that I write on selected legal issues.

Our Membership Drive is over half way done! Thank you to everyone who has been out there talking to friends, family and colleagues about how you and your company benefit from Chamber Membership! We’re doing great, but we still have a long way to go to make this year’s member drive a success! I’m sure you all know someone who could benefit from chamber membership. We are well known for providing comprehensive engineering, planning, architectural, and surveying services to both public and private clients. In addition, the company provides transportation, and environmental services.
MSA’s staff of approximately 300 employees are available at 14 locations throughout the Midwest: Duluth and St. Paul, Minnesota; Adams, Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Madison, Marshfield, Rhinelander, and Rice Lake, Wisconsin; Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Dubuque and Des Moines, Iowa; and Galena, Illinois.
