The Ackerberg Group is a privately held organization of real estate related development, investment, and management activities. We have substantial experience in designing, constructing, renovating, financing, and operating commercial and residential projects. For over 40 years the company has developed, owned and/or renovated in excess of 4,000 apartments or condominium units and over 7 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property.

The Ackerberg Group provides start-to-finish project commitment and service. We are a diverse, well-rounded, experienced, creative and knowledgeable real estate group, and in engaging our services, your real estate project will have a hands-on team approach. The Ackerberg Group has the ability to handle all sizes and types of real estate transactions. Robin Caufman, Manager of Public Outreach for the Metropolitan Council, is presented her award by Midway Chamber Interim President Ted Davis

Robin Caufman, Manger of Public Outreach for the Metropolitan Council, was presented with the 2010 Midway Chamber of Commerce Business Advocate of the Year award at a recent meeting of the Central Corridor Business Resources Collaborative. Robin was recognized for her dogged efforts to prepare the tools that will keep Midway Chamber member businesses informed about the upcoming Central Corridor Light Rail Construction project. Congratulations, Robin!
